Help us grow a healthy community as a summer intern at The Farms of Trinity Health Ann Arbor and Oakland! Interns learn sustainable agriculture practices; how to interact with community members of all backgrounds; communication skills; and educational material development.
The Farm offers two internship opportunities:
Education Speciality (Ann Arbor Only)
- Actively participate in all aspects of sustainable vegetable production, the Farm Share, and additional programming needs
- Work with Farm volunteers of all ages
- Development, evaluation and implementation of summer camp programming
- Manage the community engagement garden
- Develop and implement supplemental educational offerings (e.g., cooking classes, recipe samples)
- Create educational materials to accompany vegetables distributed to clinics and Farm Share members (e.g., vegetable storage tips, information about Farm programming, healthy recipes)
